Pam at the front was welcoming and kind, and went out of her way to be helpful and accommodating. Regrettably, I can’t remember the names of the two ladies who handled billing and scheduling, but they were also wonderful. Dr Clay Thames was the most genuinely warm and engaging (and funny!) medical professional I’ve encountered. He had a fantastic bedside manner and was thoroughly informative and clear in conveying all pertinent information and in addressing all questions and concerns. Most importantly, the work done on my extractions was done with great care and efficiency. I could not recommend more highly!
