  Hailey has been absolutely wonderful throughout my entire move-in process at The Oasis Wekiva. She answered all of my questions quickly and was always kind, patient, and professional. Although I’m still getting settled in, she’s made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely helpful—thank you, Hailey, for making the move such a positive experience!

  I had a great experience with Hailey! She was always prompt, transparent, and incredibly helpful in answering all my questions and making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as advertised—no surprises. It’s clear that they truly care about their tenants and go the extra mile to provide great service. Though I didn’t end up moving due to personal reasons, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new place to call home!

  Living at Oasis at Wekiva was a deeply disappointing experience. We dealt with ongoing mold issues that were never properly addressed. Instead of fixing the root problem, management just covered up the mold, which is both unsafe and unacceptable. On top of that, there were multiple instances of management entering our unit without proper 24-hour notice. 3 separate instances in which one the security alarm went off. Mind you I have a dog and a cat, both of whom were out. These instances lead into long conversations on the phone arguing over normal practical standards and florida statutes. Which by the way, is only when you could actually get through on their phone system. Half the time we had to walk over. When we brought this up, they responded with attitude and claimed most of the times were for “emergency maintenance” — even though it clearly wasn’t, and the issue they came in for was never even fixed. The maintenance team was one of the few bright spots, they were helpful and responsive. Unfortunately, their efforts were overshadowed by rude staff, invasive practices, and issues getting our refund when we moved out. All things considered, this was not a good place to live. I would not recommend Oasis at Wekiva to anyone looking for a respectful, healthy, or professional living environment. Stay Clear!
