  I gave it a month and a few weeks to be here to get settled in to leave a review and I must say I’m very impressed with this complex and their staff ,very welcoming. They acknowledge you. I feel very safe living here with my toddler. It’s very clean very well kept This complex has great people moving in and they are very respectful here. Everyone picks up after themselves. I have a beautiful two bedroom two bath apartment that I am in love with ,I’ve never experienced such a great complex to move in before and I hope it continues to give that same type of atmosphere and environment moving forward, but I just want to say I highly recommend This complex if you’re looking in the Riverview area. Amenities are a 10/10! Please check out the pool on your tour very kid friendly !

  Lived here for a year from June 2023-2024 before moving out of town. Had nothing but great things to say about the complex! The leasing staff was very friendly and answered questions I had sporadically during my stay. All amenities were kept clean and easily accessible. Work orders were seen and taken care of within 48 hours. If I lived in the area again I would rent through this company and complex again.

  I have had amazing experiences living at The Oasis at Brandon. I think what makes the experience so great is the staff. The office ladies and maintenance are always spot on. Isidro and all the maintenance crew are always there when I have any issues or concerns no matter what time of the day it is.So I decided to stay because of them. Thank you Oasis Crew.   OASIS AT Brandon: Clean, safe and secure location. Apartments are exceptionally well maintained! Staffing individuals have a cheerful disposition plus team members very professional. Morgan, who I introduced myself to at the front desk, was pleasant and gave me accurate information on Holiday events here- OASIS at BRANDON. Staff members, Kelly an Angela were tremendously helpful in explaining some of the amenities at the 24 hour clubhouse! I am experiencing a pleasant life residing here- OASIS at BRANDON in Florida.
