The community was always cleaning, updating, pressure washing, painting! They took great pride in the community and have spoiled me to the point that where I relocated to has many eye soars regardless of the many amenities of a spa, sauna, steam and wellness room for Medical visits. My apartment was turned over to me not professionally cleaned, hair in drawers, mismatch paint on my front door, poolside grills not working over a year according to residents, no welcome gifts or pleasant professional leasing agents for that wow factor! I keep saying to myself, Picerne would have never allowed this! Thanks Picerne for the time I was there and being the absolute best community I've ever rented from! I wish I could have moved your location to Pasco while I build my forever home, nevertheless it helps that my time in your community was extremely pleasant!

The move in process was wonderful. Never have I had someone do the initial walkthrough with me, but it REALLY makes a difference! Brandon made sure everything was just the way it should be and I really appreciated that. The amenities are awesome and well maintained. And I absolutely love the fact that my 17 month old can walk into the into the pool because of the beach access. Parking has never been an issue and the community is friendly and quiet. Finally, the maintenance guys are A1! Every request that I’ve put in has been responded to and completed in less than an hour. I’m always greeted with a friendly smile, and there’s a wine dispenser in the lobby!! Need I say more?
