This is a horrible apartment. In a very hot summer, our air conditioning was not working for two weeks but they did not bother to fix it. They came and did some minor changes which didn’t fix the problem at all. Then i called them multiple times and Ashley literally told me in a rude tone that “your AC has not failed yet completely so we are figuring out what the problem is and we don’t know when the AC will be fixed”- how ridiculous is that. They provided an air cooler connected to the window as a temporary solution due to which we could not have blinds. And we had to suffer from strong sunlight and heat in morning. The whole summer was like that. On top of that, our personal property damage insurance have been opted out on the beginning of May (we confirmed from the insurance company) but they still didn’t waive our insurance. Do yourself a favor and don’t move in to this apartment. The staff try to avoid the residents and will not solve any of their problems.

Before moving out of my apartment, I was forced to live for six months with a front door that had been broken during an intruder incident in March. Management told us that if we left, the intruder would “come after us and do it again,” and said there was no point in moving. When I asked the manager for Ardizone’s contact number to escalate the issue, she refused, and I had to locate it myself online. Despite repeated requests including an in-person visit in July the manager claimed the replacement door had to be “special made” and never provided one. We continued paying rent on time for two years and were never late, yet at move-out we were charged more than 400 in fees and received no security-deposit refund. After being ignored for months and left to live with an unsafe, unrepaired door, I believe these charges and the handling of the situation were completely unfair.

I have been dealing with a daily pest control issue for almost 3 weeks. I have put in service requests, I have called, and I have been into the office. And they have done NOTHING to address the issue. I am losing sleep because of this constant scratching and knocking direcrly above my bedroom. Squirrels presumably are in the air conditioning vents, and I have insulation falling out if it and onto my bed. They marked the latest one as "completed" today, but I came home to TWO different animals making noise above 2 different rooms. It has been an on and off issue for over a year. I am so sick of this. Just please help me.

I wouldn’t recommend renting anywhere Ardizzone! They are money hungry and will leave you with more bills even after paying your rent on time and leaving normal wear and tear as a 2 year and a half tenant. My door was broken into in March and was never fixed. We recently moved out this month in September, and never once did they update us about fixing our door! The manager in the office claimed nothing like that has ever happened, (insinuating we were lying) and literally the next week another break in occurred in our same building somebody house was burglarized and and she was robbed of her belongings, still they never fixed our door! They have a “technology fee” of $75 a month for WiFi! We have our own internet service because when we moved in their WiFi wasn’t even available until a few weeks in yet we still paid the technology fee $75 every month for 2 years! For the cost you minus well get something bigger, a bit nicer and safer! Nobody ever stays long, since being a resident I have had an entire new building of neighbors while stay for only 2 years we were the only ones to renew our lease (we see why now) no one ever stays for long.
