  We closed on our house in June and would not recommend Toll Brothers after the experience we have had over the last 4 months. Do not make the mistake of closing on your house until you get a third party inspector and ensure that Toll Brothers actually resolves every single issue. We had two outside inspections, and we were told any items not resolved prior to closing would be handled through the Toll Brothers warranty. Well 4 months later we are still begging for support on simple warranty claims. We’ve been assigned a new CM and the only communication we’ve gotten from him is a few phone calls filled with false promises. Definitely wish we went with one of the other builders in the Apopka area!

  "Extremely disappointed with Toll Brothers. The warranty process is a nightmare—calls and emails go unanswered, and when they do respond, they find ways to avoid fixing issues. The HOA is unhelpful, and the overall build quality is far from ‘luxury.’ Everything feels cheap and rushed, yet they advertise high-end living. They lure buyers in while construction is still ongoing, creating constant headaches. If you’re considering buying from them, think twice—I would never go through this experience again."
