- FMFlorida Cajun ManFeb 9, 20221.0Your only aloud 2 vehicles per family. You're not supposed to rent out rooms in your home yet my neighbor rent one out to a complete stranger. If you own a camper there is no place to park it. If you park your camper or boat they will tow it away at your expense and not tell you. I DON'T RECOMMEND LIVING HERE.

Both the website and the sales agents that work directly with the community say that it is an "all ages" family community that anyone can live in. Please, before you write a review, do your research and make sure you are reviewing the right place. *Please note, I do not live here- I have, however, toured the community and made certain people of all ages are welcome.
