  Robert J. Nice is an absolutely wonderful person! I got a call very quickly and was filled in on my options for my case. He actually went above and beyond to research my case to make sure it was something that he could/couldn't help me with BEFORE taking my money. I appreciate the time he sat aside for answering my questions along with the advice. I will most definitely hire him in the future if anything arises for me to do so! Thank you so much!

  After months of frustration and communication issues with my current lawyer, I turned to Thomas Rethlake for an initial consult. The difference was night and day. The genuine interest and work Thomas put into understanding the case was more work than my $855 an hour attorney showed in five months. Thomas listened attentively to every detail of my situation and asked thoughtful questions that showed he was truly processing the information. He explained complex legal concepts in terms I could understand without being condescending. Unlike my previous experience, I never felt rushed or like just another billable hour. What impressed me most was how Thomas outlined several potential approaches to my case, complete with the pros and cons of each option. He was upfront about timelines and costs, and never made promises he couldn't keep. His responsiveness has been exceptional - emails and calls are returned promptly, and I always feel like a priority.   A Joke! I called on behalf of a friend (non English speaking) I was immediately told within the 1st minute of the conversation that they could not be of service due to the lack of communication. When I'm clearly speaking in English on the potential clients behalf. Guess your lawfirm isn't the Nicest after all. *Edit. The audacity! I was called a few hours later from this office asking me to delete this review. After careful consideration I decided not to take down the 1 star - we actually did not establish a client relationship and we haven't received services, but I'm not deleting this review, there is no lie here. If I could post with 0 stars I would. The next law firm took the time to set up a meeting with us. No weird questions asked about language barriers.

  I highly recommend TJ Rethlake, he did a fanstic job. He explained in words I could understand the process of creating a Will & other estate documents to go with it. He was very easy to work with. It was extremely convenient we could do the paperwork remotely except for the final documents. He worked with my schedule which is great. He was very professional & friendly. Overall it was a smooth & and very efficient process. Scott Fleshood, the assistant was professional & nice. Pricing was very reasonable. I am extremely satisfied. I will definetly recommend TJ to my friends & family.

  Bob (Robert Nice) took the time to listen and guide me through a very difficult time in my life. Anyone who has went through or going through a divorce knows about all the emotions that goes with that situation. Bob's professionalism and concern he showed me was a blessing to me. I cannot put in words how important Bob and his staff was to me. Whatever your situation is I would recommend you give the Nice Law Firm a call. One more detail of Bob I would like to share is after my situation was complete, Bob personally took the time and talked with me about looking ahead to life and the possibilities of the future. That is so rare in this day and age. I would consider Bob a friend. Randy Richards
