Called twice asking to purchase a Scag SFC-21. Both times I was told someone would call me back with details, but I never heard anything. Ended up calling another dealer (Lowthers) about 20 minutes farther away, and they had one ready for pickup within a few days. I’ve since bought several Stihl products from them too. Really bummed, since your shop is much closer.

We currently do not offer online sales. Please contact us via phone or email for your equipment and parts needs.
Do you repair all major brands, or do you only work on the brands you sell?
Our repair services cover most major brands. We invite you to call us and benefit from our extensive repair experience.
Where is the entrance to your shop?
Our shop entrance can be accessed from the parking lot off Rudderow Ave and Haddonfield Road, located behind the building.
What brands of new equipment do you sell?
We offer new equipment from Wright, Husqvarna, Toro, Scag Power Equipment, Snow-Way Snow & Ice Control Equipment, Vortexx Pressure Washers, Bad Boy Mowers, and Ferris.
Is financing available for the purchase of new power equipment?
Financing options are available through Sheffield Financial Services and ClickLease for new power equipment purchases.
Do you offer pick-up and delivery services?
We provide pick-up and delivery services within a 20-mile radius of our shop.
Do you provide blade sharpening?
We offer blade sharpening services for lawnmowers and chain saws.
Do you offer at home service?
At-home service is not currently available. However, we do offer pick-up and delivery services for our customers' convenience.
What is your turnaround time for repairs?
Our repair turnaround time varies throughout the year and is not fixed. We strive to complete repairs as quickly as possible. Please contact us for current estimated turnaround times.
If i pay extra can my job be done faster?
We operate on a first-come, first-served basis to ensure fairness to all customers. Therefore, we do not offer expedited repair services for additional payment.
Do I need an appointment to drop off my equipment?
No appointment is necessary for equipment drop-off. The only exception to this is industrial equipment and trucks.
Can you give me an estimate before you start the work?
We work on a flat-rate system for our repairs and only prepare estimates if the flat-rate labor is not going to cover the job. At that point, you will be contacted for your approval before any more work is done.
How can I get a quote on equipment/parts?
Just give us a call or EMAIL US to discuss what is needed, and we will be able to get a quote for you as soon as possible.
Do you offer returns?
We offer returns on parts purchased from us for thirty days; some exclusions apply. There is no return on special ordered parts or electrical parts. A receipt and original payment method is required for return. Part must not be used or damaged to honor refund.
What is the warranty on your service?
We can stand behind our service work for thirty days. The time frame is due to the nature of gasoline and how quickly it can cause issues. Most used parts are warranted against defect for one year by the manufacturer, but this does vary.
I was told my gas is bad. How can this be?
Gasoline is not what it used to be, and it causes most of the non-running issues you will experience.
