  Jon and his team of movers were amazing from the moment we inquired until the very end of our move. They were punctual, efficient, and professional. Jon also kept great communication in the weeks leading up to the move. I highly recommend The Moving Company to anyone. You won’t be disappointed!

  We had such a great experience with this moving company!!! They were very prompt in responding to my quote inquiry, and they were very responsive throughout the process. They arrived on time, were expeditious, and very friendly. Their prices are very reasonable; the best quote we received compared to about 5 others. We didn’t have broken furniture or issues during the move, but they promised they would help make it right if something happened. It’s hard to trust strangers with your belongings, but I trust them and highly recommend them! We had a short move, but they provide long distancing moving services too! They said they’ve been contracted for moves to the east coast!

  2 stars are for the fact they actually put the heavy items where they belong. I was told over the phone that they will put everything in their truck and move it, i even said if something isnt in a box and john said yes. I then had to load my car full 3 times because "he couldnt take it on the truck". Said he would have him and his men help me load it onto my car as that was apart of moving, then grabs 2 items gets in the truck for them to go grab food. With that being said. I told them to only use the front door entry to bring in the items. Yet several times I had to ask them to not use the other entry. They asked where things went, told them where they go then proceeded to put them anywhere. They asked where the boxes go, I said the boxes are labeled. Then proceeds to put all the boxes in my kitchen. Each time I would tell them where things went they proceeded to ignore my response and just put stuff anywhere. They seran wrapped all my stuff. But didnt remove all seran wrap when they were finished. Taped up things that didnt need to be taped. I was told on the phone by John it was him plus 4 guys. Apparently that means him and 3 other guys. Assured me it wouldnt take longer than 2 hours and then took 4 hours. Was quoted $700 for 2 hours and $900 for 4 hours total and including in that price was the $100 fee for gas and insurance on the truck. Then when all was done told me the total was $1000. And that he charged $225/per hour plus the fee for them using their truck. He saved my number and put next to my name $1000 and then proceeded to show me thats how he saved my number. As far as that is concerned you can save my number however you want and type whatever you want, but doesnt mean its true. Do not hire these guys as it will give you a headache. Also I kind of thought it was too good to be true, seeing only 5 stars for movers.

  John and his team were hands down great! This was the first time I've hired movers and they hold a bright torch in the arena of movers. No complaints, no issues, great service. They were prompt on their arrival and efficient with the time it took them to move. Super impressed and would definitely recommend for anyone looking to move. Will definitely use this team again!
