  Horrible, Had to break my lease due to hurricane damage not being fixed. Redoing the roofing but not entering apartment for the inside roofing to be repaired, Pest and Rodents. Paying for a “ pool view “ but view was a green swamp that the alligator could enjoy if wanted. Our Stairs was black by the city due to the structure damage. See all this go down and seeing how they stole money from us but want us to come to agreement for lease termination is WILD! Do not move, or even do business here. Only person is office that tried her best was Ms.Kathy and its so much she could do!

  CONTRACTORS BEWARE!!! Months later, we have still not received any response from Lurin (management company), despite numerous attempts to contact them through every possible channel. At this point, we have hired an attorney, filed liens, and will be pursuing further legal action if payment is not received. Contractors — beware. Do not do business with this management company. Their reviews (lurin capital) speak for themselves — they do not pay their vendors. We provided all of their plumbing work, across multiple properties. We have invested thousands of dollars in materials, thousands more in labor, and are now spending thousands on legal fees. This is a blatant lack of respect for vendors and, in our view, amounts to white-collar theft. Do yourself a favor and look at the management companies reviews (lurin Capital) FYI in Florida, you have 90 days from the date of last unpaid work to file a lien. If you miss that deadline, your only option is to sue. File your liens immediately — do not wait.

  I don’t even live here. I’m a delivery driver for Uber. I have never seen a worse looking apartment complex in my years of delivering. The grass was so overgrown. It was almost taller than the first floor windows and garbage everywhere. I would almost think it was abandoned.

  I'M FROM COLORADO AND VIEWED THIS PLACE A COUPLE YEARS AGO WHILE MY HOUSE ON THE PINK STREETS WAS BEING BUILT. I STOPPED IN TODAY AND NO ONE WAS IN THE OFFICE DURING OFFICE HOURS, AND THEIR PHONE NUMBER IS DISCONNECTED. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS I SAW RATS COMING OUT OF THE HIGH WEEDS.
