  I am a single woman, who had been living in my huge Victorian for 25 years. I had no idea how to sell my house! If someone had told me of the intensity involved in selling my home..I may have considered selling, "as is". If someone had told me that I couldn't have Michele LaBore from The Moeller Group leading my sale...I would've sold it, "as is"!!! But, in having the Moeller group, (with Michele), it made this difficult experience easier than I could have ever imagined. Niki, Kellie, and Michele, are extremely experienced women that can wear any hat in this process, and seem to know how to switch it up at just the right time! Each one has an amazing skill to handle any issue that may arise. If I had something to fix or adjust, Michele was on it..in fact, that became her nickname .."on it"!! She had resources from which to draw, and made handling the challenges seamless...she was simply amazing!!! I cannot recommend the Moeller group enough..they are professional, was well as approachable! I felt very comfortable, and I trusted their expertise from the moment we sat down to discuss my path!! It was a very successful sale, and I am so happy that I chose The Moeller Group !!!

  I met Kellie at an open house, and I’m so glad I decided to work with her. She responds very quickly to every text, call, and email. At showings, she is amazing at pointing out things in a home that I don’t even notice, like a water spot on the ceiling, a step that needs repair, or a water heater that likely needs replacing soon. She’s a strong advocate to have by your side! She’s also very patient and doesn’t pressure me at all. I highly recommend her!

She listened carefully to my “wish list” and helped me prioritize what was most important. She introduced me to lenders and worked with her team to presented me with first-time home buyer programs that helped make my dream a reality. She was presented me with countless options, and when I finally found the home that was the right fit, she went above and beyond investigating the age, condition, and history of the most critical features of the home. She used her experience to negotiate a great price for me and minimize my down payment. She even helped me identify home improvement projects I could take on immediately to make my new home feel more like “my home” with the money I saved. I would highly recommend Michele to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home. She was great to work with and I always felt like her most important client!
