  Lili in the office is the one you want to talk to when it comes to fixing any problems you have. She’s really friendly and warm and doesn’t just dismiss what you’re going through. She sat down with me and my family and offered us solutions, instead of excuses. You can tell that she genuinely cares about us. I appreciated the fact that she spoke Spanish too cause sometimes that language barrier can be difficult. Muchas gracias por tu ayuda!

  Five stars to the new leasing office! I got a call from Lilly, checking in on how I was doing, and if everything was to my liking so far. I had mentioned that there were some issues I wanted to bring to the new management's attention, and she made sure to take time out of her schedule to truly hear me out. Throughout my conversation with her she was incredibly attentive to my every word taking notes on what I had to say, while also keeping extremely transparent, and thorough in addressing my frustrations. She emphasized that she was new to office, something I'd never even have picked up on from her professionalism and demeanor. Even if I could've, her enthusiasm, and compassion more than made up for her lack of seniority. Just taking the time to sit with me and recognize what I was dealing with, made me finally feel seen and heard after months of ignored phone calls and unanswered emails! Thank you Lilly!

  Don’t move here! Impossible to get packages without them being stolen. You try to contact anyone about it even when there are clearly cameras in some of the mail areas no one cares. Move here if you want to spend 3k in rent for all your packages to go missing. Currently missing over 2k worth of packages that have been stolen. The police are getting involved.

  We searched a lot, and this place had the best cost-benefit we could find. We just moved in, and dealing with the leasing office has been awesome, especially Lily. She has been amazing from the start, very patient, professional, and always quick to answer our questions. Her support made everything so much easier. Compared to other places we saw, she really stood out. We definitely recommend!

  I have lived at the Mews since 2013 I have only had interactions with the maintenance team but today Lilly who is new to the office was incredibly nice and kind in helping me sort out some problems I have with my bank account she was patient and had no problem writing everything out for me when I could not understand what she was talking about it is a relief to know that I can count on someone like her thank you Lilly like the flower
