Carpender ants have never been addressed by maintenance despite the complaints, they have infested apartments themselves as well as common areas like the laundry room (I've personally has an exterminator place traps and still the ants persist) Maintenance staff will come into your apartment with no notice claiming that they sent notice (they do slide a paper under the door. It's never the correct date or time they show up) drilling for balcony repairs also start before and go after the notified time. Communication with staff is horrible and they don't consider the compatibility of tenets (a person who's allergic to cats was moved into my unit when I have had my cat for over 6 years. Much longer than renting here, and management has been aware of me having her this whole time). Despite their team getting worse they've been increasing rent when the original price was already unreasonable for a single room and out of the price range for any student who supports themselves. They don't give notice. They don't properly communicate to tenets. And the bugs are unbearable.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS. Learn from my mistakes looking for a centralized place to live downtown. Find somewhere else. This place and the management is absolute waste of time.
- KKKionaJul 5, 20255.0Good space and convenient because it is furnished and Marq is quick to address any questions. The front desk person (Riva) was very helpful when I called about a query and guided me through it.
- CNChaahat NagpalJul 5, 20255.0The building has a modern, cozy vibe that instantly sets you at ease. the management is amazing i had lots of questions being new to the city but Riva helped me out, her attention to detail made me feel completely confident in the place.
