Rlly nice place to live
I am in the process of moving out and thought I’d share my experience so far.
Upon move in, the staff was super friendly and welcoming. They were a great help in getting my “resident” account setup and making it feel like home. I loved the variety of leasing options they offer for short term or long term.
Throughout my 13 months as a resident, I enjoyed everything The Madison has to offer. The playground for my daughter, the pool area, the gym, the outdoor grills, the dog park etc. They have always done a great job keeping the property very clean and do an even better job making the property feel like home to all. They always address any rising issues incredibly quickly whether it is gate issues, stray animal issues, noise issues etc. Their maintenance team has also always been great. The few minor issues I had, they were really quick to resolve them. Not to mention the maintenance team is also super friendly and personable.
I am only moving out because we want to upsize. If we didn’t, we would live here for quite some time. If anyone is looking for a safe, quiet and well maintained home. I highly recommend giving them a shot. It’s a little pricey, but well worth the money.
The bad reviews I see all come at move out and I find it hard to believe the wonderful ladies in the office would go out of their way to make your move out experience anything less than convenient. I am moving out late September and will do my due diligence prior to. I will update this review with my move out experience. I have high hopes that my great experience with this property will continue.
Living at The Madison Apartments has been an incredible experience! From day one, the office staff has gone above and beyond—attentive, polite, and genuinely kind. They’re always willing to help with anything you need and do it with a smile. It’s rare to find a team so dedicated to making residents feel truly at home.
The maintenance staff is top-notch—every request is handled promptly, professionally, and they’re always on time. You can tell they really care about keeping everything running smoothly.
The amenities here are also a huge plus! They’re always clean, well-maintained, and ready to enjoy. Whether it’s the fitness center, pool, or common areas, everything feels inviting and well cared for.
If you’re looking for a place where the staff truly cares and the living experience is consistently great, The Madison Apartments is the perfect choice. Highly recommend!
Paid them for $450 Cleaning Fee when moved out, but this place still fined me for 2 bathtub stains. I expected everything to be clean because I paid the $450 Cleaning Fee. I took a video right after I moved, I will post it as soon as I find it. $149 and $159 for both bathtub is like $308. This is ridiculous, at this point if I known, I wouldn’t pay for the Cleaning Fee. What did you guys do to clean it? I always keep the apartment good. One of my friend, when she moved out she cleaned her bathtub using Dollar Tree/ Walmart products which was like specific for bathtub cleaning solution, it was all good and she got no additional charge on that when moved out. I will include pictures below. This is unexceptionable. Stop making money on people when they move out. Just stop. This is not permanent stain or anything. It’s just you guys couldn’t clean it properly. So what did you guys really clean in my apartment? Just swept and mop the floor? This is ridiculous, and shameless.
Second thing, I moved out like almost 1 month early. I did not know if I should or shouldn’t cancel the insurance they provided. They did not mention anything about this, so I canceled it around April 20th. Then when I turned in the keys and mailbox key, they fined me like $40 for renter insurance. If you get renter insurance from this place, you wouldn’t get anything. I feel like it’s not cover anything you know? I expected this is something you guys should have let me know beforehand, why just left me on unresponsive? Emailed them a lot of time, but takes them weeks to respond. Especially after you moved out you are nothing to them. They wouldn’t help you with anything. I rather shared room than renting this place. I thought everything was ok, but until I started realizing other people have the same problem. This is not how you treat people. Stop asking for new review to push other people review down. This is not something you would do to fix all things happened. So Shameless.
The picture with “Issue” word is what they said there is permanent stain on my bathtub, and they fined me for those fee. 2 bathtubs for $308. Please refund this to me.
