Never, ever move into this apartment — I truly hope you don’t go through what I went through. I lived here for two years and got along perfectly fine with all my neighbors — no drama at all. At first, the staff will seem kind and helpful. But here’s the reality: For two years, the fire alarm system was broken. The alarm would go off randomly — in the middle of the night, early in the morning, or late at night — and the whole building would shake. We had to evacuate multiple times a month, sometimes two or three times in just one month. It honestly drove me insane. Of course, I complained to management, but they said there was nothing they could do. This apartment costs $2,600 a month, which makes it even more ridiculous. And the worst part? When you move out, the management will charge you unbelievable fees — for things like bathtub repairs, wall touch-ups, and more. I kept reaching out to explain how unfair it was, but when it’s time for you to move out, they simply stop communicating with you. Then they send your case to a debt collector. I’m a foreigner, and English isn’t easy for me. I told them at least 40 times that I prefer to communicate by email instead of phone calls, but they didn’t care at all. I paid high rent but never received the level of service I deserved. Honestly, it felt like discrimination. Even now, I still get calls from the collection agency demanding money. This apartment left me with trauma from the experience. Please, don’t ever move here.
