  If you’re thinking about signing a lease, budget an extra $60–80/month for your own exterminator because the building’s “pest control” is a joke. They spray the hallways once in a blue moon and call it a day, but the roaches are literally inside the walls—crawl out of light-switch plates, drop from ceiling vents, and parade across the kitchen counter at 2 a.m. like they pay rent. No matter how much you clean, you will spend so much extra time trying to scrub and seal every crack and it does nothing because they are in the walls.I’ve found them in silverware drawers, inside the microwave, and swimming in a cereal bowl I left in the sink for ten minutes. The office keeps promising “treatment is scheduled,” yet nothing changes. It’s not a few bugs; it’s an infestation the property refuses to address. Save yourself the headache—look elsewhere.

  Went to tour one of the units available and was helped by Adriana. Not only was there extremely professionalism, her customer service was unmatched. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. That truly can be a selling point on top of the beautiful spacious unit that was toured. I left with no questioned left unanswered and loved the unit.

  Adrianna the leasing agent was so pleasant & helpful. I loved the unit I toured but I do think with the help of Adrianna It made me even more excited to apply & move there. Definitely worth a check out/ tour if you want luxury loft with a great location!!!! Definitely a beautiful space

  I avoided giving a review during my stay because i did not want to jinx myself lol, but now that my lease is coming to an end & im ready to do so. Generally this property does GET 5 STARS FROM ME, i put 4 due to the recent gate issues. I have never had any consistent major or minor issues here at The Lofts at Atlantic Station. My stay has been nothing but a convenience to me & my lifestyle granting me a peace of mind. Leasing & customer service has always been highly communicative with me in time of need & maintenance always gets the job efficiently done. Im in awe of how fast time has flown. Due to rental increase, i will not be renewing my lease but i do hope those that chose to live on this property enjoys their stay just as much (if not more) than I did :) BEST OF LUCK

  It was too good to be true. This place has so much potential but it lacks so many things. The layout are nice but with lack of cleaning. Windows are dirty and dust was everywhere but it has significant amount of space. There were flies in the hallways and no true amenities. I’m not a fan of were the mailboxes are either
