First off, this is the ugliest hotel bar I have seen in my life. Grey and drab and the ceiling is beyond words. I was served by a very rude woman, who made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. If she ever reads this, it's not about you, it's about the customer.

The location and service are great. They offer "boutique" amenities like free bike and paddle board rentals. But basic things like decent lighting in the bathroom you have to ask for a light up mirror. Lighting is weird and low. The bed is WAY too low. I wouldn't come back just because of how low the bed is.
We were not provided a room until after 5pm. We initially checked with front desk at 11 for an early check in, then again at 3p we were told not ready, should be 30-40 minutes… didn’t happen. Our eventual room was very disappointing. Platform bed barely off the floor, bathroom so dark had to request a light. Pet friendly makes it very difficult for allergies. Thought the room would be better for the price. Will not return. Food and location good.
In room Air conditioner did not cool room, called desk and ask for fan, they sent 2 maintenance guys to look at air conditioner….. one said well this is large room ??? WTH ??? finally brought fan to room after one hour. Miserable night stay, glad we didn’t stay longer than one night. For the price paid really expected more, will not stay again…. Staff was nice and friendly but just not bang for buck you would expect !!!
We had our wedding at The LINE Hotel, and it could not have been a more perfect experience. The ballroom itself is absolutely stunning, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Lady Bird Lake. It was breathtaking during our sunset ceremony and just as magical later in the evening with the glow of downtown Austin behind us.
The venue included all the linens, chairs, and silverware, which were beautiful and fit the natural, elegant aesthetic we were going for. Our guests loved staying at the hotel — the room block was seamless, and the location made it so easy for everyone to explore downtown and attend our wedding events.
From the moment we signed our contract, Becky, our venue coordinator, was incredible. She was accommodating, organized, and so easy to work with. She invited us to visit the ballroom multiple times to see other weddings being set up, and she connected us with several amazing vendors. One of the things we appreciated most was how attentive she was to our food allergies. Both my mom (MOB) and I have severe allergies, and Becky went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. The food was delicious — our guests are still raving about it — and the chef even created a custom potato bar that perfectly reflected what we had envisioned.
No matter what our request was, Becky made it happen. She responded quickly to every email, anticipated details before we even thought of them, and made the day truly seamless. Our wedding would not have been the same without her! We can’t recommend The LINE and Becky enough — it was the most magical, stress-free, and memorable experience we could have imagined.
