- DSdavid smithFeb 23, 20171.0The new manager and and staff are suck, they increase rent for no reason but don't care about maintenance in their apartments, you request for maintenance and they never show up, will keep calling every day,they would say apologize for that, we are short of maintenance crew, it's not a good excuse, they getting paid their rent on time, and don't care about their residents, a few residents complaint to wilkings management regional manager, but they don't care either, my request to all residents, there is fair housing (DC) complaint phone# in the management office wall , so get that and call on them so can be fixing their problems with their tenants or will get out of the business, it's very important to do call and complaint your concerns about these crook people.
