What is the hotel cancellation policy?
For most reservations, our cancellation policy is 24-hours prior to arrival. This may vary based on rates & dates, so please check directly with us to confirm.
Do you charge a resort/destination/facilities fee?
No, we do not have any hidden fees, nor do we charge any of these types of fees. The only fees on our rooms beyond any incidentals you might charge to your room are local city & state taxes. All of our guests have equal and complimentary access to all of our amenities – from our locally roasted coffee and tea in the mornings to our 24/7 fitness and business centers to our high-speed WiFi. When you’re here, you’re taken care of.
What credit cards are accepted?
American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and Diners Club.
Does The Lenox offer parking?
We do! Valet parking is available at $45 daily and $70 per night per car with unlimited in-and-out access.
Does the hotel offer cribs or rollaway beds? Cost?
Yes, cribs are complimentary, and rollaway beds are $30 additional per night.
Do you allow smoking at the hotel?
No, by law, all hotels in Boston are smoke-free.

How old do you have to be to check in?
You must be 21 or over to check-in and stay alone.

Do you allow dogs on property?
The hotel is dog friendly and permits dogs 50 lbs and under at a one-time fee of $75 per stay. We have a two dog per room limit. Please just let us know before arrival so we can make sure we are ready for our four-legged guest too. While your dog may not be left in your room unaccompanied, dog sitting services may be available. “Green space” is available just two blocks away on Commonwealth Avenue. Does the hotel offer dry cleaning services?
Yes, the front desk handles all laundry and dry cleaning services. Same day options available.
Does the hotel provide airport transportation?
The hotel does not provide transportation to/from the airport but our Guest Specialists will gladly assist with airport transportation, limousines and car rentals. Here are some tips to get where you need to be!
Back Bay Logan Express Shuttle
- Tickets are just $3 from Back Bay and the return trip is FREE!
- Daily, every ½ hour 5am – 9pm
- Back Bay Pickup Locations: 800 Boylston Street, near the Boylston Street entrance to the Prudential Center. One block from hotel & In front of the Dartmouth Street entrance to Copley Place, directly across the street from Back Bay Station
- Airport Pickup Locations: Arrival level at every terminal, Daily, every ½ hour 6am – 10pm

Yes, The Lenox offers complimentary use of our fitness center, 24 hours a day. Free weights, Nautilus, and cardio equipment available.
Can I ship my packages to the hotel before my arrival?
Yes, if shipping five or fewer packages, The Lenox can store and process your packages without charge. If you are shipping six or more packages, a $25 storage and handling fee applies. To ensure proper delivery, please be sure the name on the package(s) matches that of your reservation. Please email our team with any questions.
Does the hotel offer ADA accommodations?
Yes, the hotel has ADA-compliant rooms, including one suite.
Do you have working fireplaces in your rooms?
Yes, we have wood-burning fireplaces that operate on a seasonal basis in many of our guest rooms. When you would like your fire started, our bellman will come up and light the fire, please give us a call at the front desk. Fires can be lit between 8AM and 11PM.
Do you offer connecting rooms?
