The Learning Ladder Child Development Center offers part time and full time preschool programs for children between the ages of 3 and 5 years old in the Skagit Valley and Mount Vernon, Washington areas. In our preschool program we introduce the children to a variety of concepts such as self-help skills, problem solving skills, and social & emotional development along with fine motor skills.
