  Hiring Mr. Palmer to represent me in my case was the best decision I could have made. On my first appearance in court, I had 3 different people tell me what a good attorney he was. You could say Mr. Palmer actually made a small miracle happen in my case. With my prior record and my current charge, I was looking at serious time. I was extremely fortunate to have Mr. Palmer in my corner. His assistant was also extremely friendly and also worked very hard in my case. I highly recommend Mr. Palmer. Thank you for your representation, I am forever in debt to you sir!

  Mr. Palmer was an excellent source of counsel and advice. You will not regret spending your hard earned dollars on him and his team, (Debbie). Plus his office has the coolest assortment of eclectic nick nacks he's collected over his long career. You'll love it. (My 60+ yr old mom even offered to buy if he ever sold stuff!) They gave me resources to help with my case, and was there everytime I called. Followed up excellently. If your honest with him, he will be your best friend, he GENUINELY cares about your and your well being.... He is very clearly well respected in his field, (office is right across from the courthouse haha), the judge addressed him personally as MR PALMER. And apologized for making him wait till I was the last person in the courtroom. 6 stars! Martin - Keep it up as long you can sir!

  When I was going to be charged for a subsequent DUI I had a slew of lawyers reach out to me, some felt that they were simply trying to "sell" there services to me while Mr. Palmers newsletter to me felt very different. I sensed by his choice of wording and choice of sending me testimonials of former clients that he genuinely cared for his clients and sought for there best interests all factors considering. Highly educated on how to speak with states attorney and judges. From our first meeting I felt as though I was a valued family member, he said " it is my job to take the best qualities of each of my clients, put a golden frame around it and present that to the judge." I felt more confident and assured knowing he doesnt just understand law he understands the people and dynamics of the court room. Listen to his advice and you'll be better off than getting a public defender or winging it. The advice he gave me was instrumental in showcasing to the judge that I had made steps in bettering myself and that I wasnt a menace to society. Inevitably like it or not the judge is looking to see if you are an "asset" to society and no one in the Hagerstown area will do a better job of showcasing that than Mr. Palmer along with his lovely assistant Debbie.
