  My family and I have used Mr. Ervin for many years and he has always been top notch. I recently used him in my divorce. He is very knowledgeable in family law. He and his office staff were very courteous and helpful. My family and I will continue to use him for all of our legal needs.

  The attorney, Jay Ervin handled a case for a relative. Jay was very professional and responsive, as well as his staff. He obtained a great outcome which was appreciated. I highly recommend this attorney and law firm.

  Unfortunately I had to give him one star, he deserves much less. Due to this common criminal taking my case out of the public defenders hands and telling my family he could do me much better i am the only sex offender in the state of south Carolina that has never committed or been convicted of a sex crime. Due to the actions of the solicitor and Jay Ervins' covering of her actions it has cost me 16 years of my life, more money and heartache than words can even describe. This common thief not only ruined my life but absolutely destroyed my entire families faith in humanity. There is a reason he has LOST every election he has ever run in by a landslide, never lasted as a partner in another law firm longer than a year or two. His game is to take your case, not give you a price just so he can bully you into paying a ridiculous fee later to keep from going to jail. STAY AWAY!! Entirely too many reputable attorneys in the area to waste your time and money with this one. Better off with a public defender!!
