We interviewed a couple of local attorneys, and selected John Seibert to represent us in a very contentious battle against an unscrupulous realtor/adjacent property owner and an equally unscrupulous HOA. We were so pleased with John’s representation of our interests and because of his knowledge and hard work, the other side had to back down (John had facts and law to back our claims, they had hot air, harassment and lies). Needless to say, John’s representation of us in 1 year far surpassed the efforts of the larger firm we had been dealing with for nearly 3 years on the matter.
