- TCTim ChouOct 24, 20255.0FYI this facility is not open to the general public. Bright Horizons is a large company and there are other bright horizon facilities in the area. Bright horizons (and this LP facility specifically) is fantastic. Staff is very friendly, processes are followed, and the facility is cleaned regularly. My child loves saying hi to his old teachers. I have high expectations for the price, but Launching Pad meets/exceeds those expectations consistently. It isn't "perfect", but they are warm and professional. While my son has developed so much thanks to LP, I think the best part is that lunch/snacks are provided. No meal prepping needed!!!

They should've made their website only accessible to the internal network of Northrop Grumman, or clearly mark it on their website. The tour they gave us was nice though. Staff there were friendly too.
