- TDTasha Debose4 days ago1.0First time ever calling this dispensary. passing through Ohio so didn’t know state laws concerning dispensing products. Ask if they have delivery (like California) was educated then immediately hung up on while asking a different question about current specials. was prepared to spend but after the rude call I will be taking my $ somewhere else. They shouldn’t assume everyone they talk to is from Ohio… don’t waste your time or money with businesses that show they don’t care… need..or want your business plus I had to call 10 times tru-out the day.

Very rude people working here, don't go in brand new, very unwilling to help caregivers with a registered Medical Ohio card, they lost an $800-$1000 a month customer.... I'll stick with Cleveland & Lakewood Dispensary's! They don't refuse business and they know what's going on.

- NNNdeyamie NjieOct 8, 20255.0I’m long overdue in giving this dispensary their flowers (no pun intended) from their in-store processes , to product , and extraordinarily attentive and authentic customer service interactions … no knock on any other dispensary , but The Landing does the damn thing and they do it very well … shoutout to their “bud-nicians” , who make every experience amazing and personable , not just transactional … Bo and Dylan are genuinely good peeps , but then again … everyone at this location must vibe off the same frequency because you really “are the company you keep” and this location keeps some good company. Mucho amor to you all! 💖
