Had a wonderful first time experience and Jennifer was so sweet and helpful. She was quite knowledgeable with the product there. The only thing I regret about it is after looking back on the whole experience, I realized seeing the tip jar before you go to the ATM. That mistake won't happen again. I would 100% recommend this store to first time and experienced smokers. Hopefully you're lucky to get Jennifer she's a real treasure ☺️ Oh and you can also earn loyalty rewards on your very first purchase! Sign up was a breeze since they ask for your information before purchasing.
- HJHugh JassOct 24, 20255.0Dean is the man! Everyone here is always friendly. Their sales are worth it, and I save every time I shop. Their house brand Firelands Scientific is the best. Not like other house brands. I think it’s worth the 30 minutes to get here.
- SSSamOct 22, 20251.0I’ve seen a few complaints in the reviews about how their points can only be used for accessories… fun fact, if you pay with dutchie pay, the points can be used at dispensaries that aren’t owned by fireland, anywhere in the country, as many dispos use the same financial services due to the credit card companies and banks not being involved in the industry. The more you know! Customer service here is great but the product is mid and the prices are criminal.
- EBEmily BiceOct 19, 20255.0Literally the sweetest front desk lady I’ve met out of all dispensaries. Her name is Kelly. She makes me wanna just give her a huge big squeeze hug. And my tender was Charlie and she is so sweet. Efficient. She caught it before I did but I only had two bags when I ordered three and she made sure to go get my other bag so they’re very keen on details and making sure everything is the way it should be. I definitely recommend coming here. It was my first time here and only my third time at a dispensary and Kelly made me feel so comfortable when I told her I had no idea what I was doing. lol. Thank you Kelly for calming my nerves down and thank you Charlie for making sure my order was right and being sweet as well.
