Amenities such as pool, fitness center, bar, rooftop deck are state of the art. Very high walkability rating and mass transit out front. Nestled in green space to connect with the natural world. First class art deco building full of art and historical photos. I hope to spend my life here.

The residents are friendly, and I’ve enjoyed getting to know my neighbors. The building is well-kept and settling in has been easy. Janae, my leasing consultant, was great to work with and made the process smooth and pleasant.

My apartment was beautiful; the staff were very responsive, warm, and friendly; many residents seemed to know each other and become friends; and the amenities were great, including the gym and rooftop.
