  This is my first time ever writing a bad review, and I’ve had a very unpleasant experience living here. There are constantly bugs including cockroaches, spiders, and other small insects all over the property and especially inside apartment, which makes it really uncomfortable to live in. What’s even more disappointing is how I was treated by the property manger. I had simply asked a basic question, and she responded with attitude and rudeness, making me feel completely unwelcome. She also told me the office was closed, even though the hours online and the sign outside clearly states it closes at 6 PM and the open sign was placed on the outside of the office door. This was my first time being treated like that living in an apartment complex, and it felt very unprofessional especially when residents are just trying to get help. Before moving in, I actually saw several reviews mentioning the same issues with the rude property manager and bug problems, but I decided to give the place a chance. Now I realize I should have listened to those reviews. Interestingly, it seems those negative reviews have since been deleted, which is very concerning. Overall, I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone until they address their pest issues, improve their customer service, and become more transparent with their online reviews.

  I have been living here for just about 2 months and I absolutely love it. Any problem I’ve had the Junction team was right on top of it. We had a little bit of a bug problem in the beginning but saw a drastic improvement and now barely have any problems!

  I’ve recently started the process of moving into this community, and I have to say the experience has been excellent so far. The staff has been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. Any questions I’ve had were answered quickly, and responses have always been prompt and helpful. The leasing team has made the transition smooth, showing genuine care and attention throughout the process. If the living experience is anything like the move-in process, I’m confident this will be a great place to call home.
