  Ren and Shannon are outstanding. I appreciate the stellar communication. I relocated and communicated with Ren who made the transaction so easy from beginning to end. The place is very clean and my neighbors are kind. I wish I can move The Juliette to where I’m going. I love the community, staff, and the ammenities! Thank you! Highly recommend The Juliette!

  As a prospective resident looking to move very soon, I have my nerves and worries about new complexes. When contacting The Juliette for the first time, I was greeted by Diego who was extremely kind, professional, and informative. Right away I felt at ease as I asked my questions. He provided valuable insight, information, and guidance, being very understanding of my situation. He was quick to follow up with additional correspondence, and overall made me feel so welcome very early on. I also spoke with Ren via phone and email and she has been incredibly helpful through some of the snags I’m having during my application process. Again she perpetuates a very welcoming atmosphere, making feel like part of the community before I’ve even moved in! Finally, the property manager, (I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name from the brief call we had, I’ll remember in future) was incredibly kind and welcoming as well. She was quick to follow up and make sure I was taken care of. She was perfectly friendly and professional and, like the others, seemed genuinely happy to have me join the community. From what I have seen from the website and from Diego’s video tour, the units are gorgeous, the property is beautiful, and what is advertised in terms of lease options for the price feels incredibly reasonable, given what I have been finding elsewhere in my ongoing hunt. I will update soon, hopefully as the newest resident at The Juliette!

  Diego has been such a pleasure to work with throughout my entire apartment search and move in process. He was always kind, patient, and quick to answer all of my questions. He made sure everything was clear and stress free. What really stood out to me was how genuinely helpful and professional he is and he always went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. I’m so grateful for his help and would highly recommend working with him if you’re considering moving here! Diego, Blake, and Ren are all so friendly and helpful, and I’m really looking forward to this being my new home!

When you first come across The Juliette, automatically you’re going to have an amazing feeling. From the first moment you’re greeted and throughout the entire process, nothing less than amazement is going to run through your mind. The staff care about you as an individual. What they have to offer is absolutely next level, this is the next place you’ll want to call home. Go and experience it yourself for yourself and you’ll truly understand the standards they abide by.   I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided by Blake, Shannon, and Diego. They were prompt, professional, and thorough in addressing all of my inquiries. I had only seen the apartment photos online, and the first time I visited the space was on move-in day. I am pleased to report that the apartment exceeded my expectations, being just as clean, modern, and well-maintained as depicted in the photos. It is the perfect living space for both me and my daughter. The pool area, especially at night with its ambient lighting, has become one of my favorite features. My daughter and I have made it a regular routine to enjoy a Starbucks coffee from the lobby and take a walk in the fresh air—it’s an experience we both cherish. The community has been a pleasant surprise; the environment is quiet, peaceful, and the residents are incredibly respectful. It’s a refreshing change to be part of a community where people are genuinely friendly, often offering a simple wave of acknowledgment. I have been living here for one week, and I already feel that this apartment has become a true home. I am very grateful to Blake, Shannon, and Diego for their assistance in making this transition so seamless.
