  You guys are desperate to post advertisements on KTVU. You charge based on what locals can afford. You take advantage of one person trying to do a nice gesture. How about helping the locals with prices and at the same time supporting your business and employees?

  I literally walked in for a ring cleaning and Lilibeth greeted me with a gorgeous smile and amazing energy (she was so sweet and complimented my outfit) - my ring now looks like the first time I got it and she recommended I come back in to get it cleaned close to the wedding!
