The first time they welded it into one, the second time it was thinner then when we brought it. 3rd time they sent it to a non corporate shop and the ring doesn't fit together properly anymore and is out of round and doesn't fit. I have been buying from the Jewelry exchange for over 25 years and they destroyed my wife's ring. Alls they could say o us that happens to 2 piece rings a d we won't charge you for destroying ring. Joe the manager in Tustin is good with the quality.
