- LHLauren HirtleOct 20, 20251.0I called today to pay to get my ring resized, buy a brand new diamond for an existing necklace, and wedding bands. I was speaking with assistant manager when I nicely, and simply asked if she needed my information to pull up my account to find my ring. This woman had the audacity to get frustrated with me and impatiently asked me “What do you want?” I am furious about the way I was spoken to, when I was just trying to be helpful. You guys just lost a lot of customers over this phone call. Also, thousands in purchases that I was going to spend today. Terrible customer service! This woman should not be in any type of management position. Owner/general management, do yourself a favor and listen to the phone call.
