I wanted to add another ring to my newly purchased ring so I stopped in since I live across the street. The man talked over me and was stuck on we make appointments here only to serious customers. A customer becomes serious based off of the merchandise and interaction. I was ready to buy then but he was stuck on an appointment even though the stores stays empty,with a little child sitting there.

Sagar is nothing short of patient, professional and knowledgeable! He made the design of my wife’s engagement and wedding band an absolute breeze. Anyone, and I do mean anyone, that says they’ve had a horrible experience here either couldn’t make up their mind or they’re maliciously trying to harm the business with a poor review/rating. My wife is constantly complimented on her ring everywhere she goes. So much so that she decided to have my custom wedding band made here as well, and I too have had the exact same experience of compliments on my band. Do a little research so you have an idea of what you’re looking for, and Sagar is more than capable of helping you tweak the details to bring your vision to life!
