  Tremaine from Jaydor worked on our garage door today. He replaced the broken spring/cable quickly and efficiently. After lubricating the nexccessary parts of the door he made the necessary adjustments to make sure the door ran smoothly and that there were no gaps when the door reached the garage floor. He was professional, courteous and efficient. Would recommend Tremaine and Jaydor for your garage door service needs

  My garage door broke and I dealt with Rob and Arthur Bono. Rob was super helpful when I called and was able to get a tech out in earlier than originally planned. When Arthur Bono came out, he was fantastic. Did a great job fixing the door and was super helpful. I would give him two thumbs up but he also played fetch with our dog Lady and she told me it was two paws up!

  I can not say enough good things about Jaydor. I had a different company come out to repair springs on our commercial door, and they completely mangled the install. Jaydor came out and had us up in running in no time! Jon Fink is the man! Hands down, expert craftsman. He was able to not only correctly install the springs, but rebalanced the door, and it’s smoother and quieter than when the door was installed over five years ago. They recommended an upgraded smart opener, as our old one was struggling to operate. Living across from a Firehouse, we were experiencing interference with the remotes and keypad. Jon made a total of 7 trips, replacing the new unit again, installing antennas, a signal repeater and working tirelessly with Lift Master tech support, refusing to give up and assuring us he would figure it out. The dispatchers and service technicians went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied and fully operational. 10/10 recommend, these people know what they’re doing and they do it well.

  Art came out to provide a tune-up on my garage door, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing, made sure everything was working smoothly, and answered all of my questions. It’s clear he knows his craft, and he left my garage door operating better than ever. I highly recommend Art from Jaydor if you need any garage door service—you’ll be in great hands!

  Jay door had a friendly consultant at our house quickly to review replacements for our garage door and motor. Didn’t try to upsell us on unnecessary tech. Once we scheduled installation, it was up and done in 3 hours. The following week, Jack Eavis came out to help adjust the door. The concrete of the floor was a little crooked so the door didn’t close all the way. He came out and had a solution set in just a few minutes. Super knowledgeable and even gave me some tips for the future. Still really happy with the Jaydoor service
