  I visited the owner of this establishment several years ago. I was trying to get help with life insurance for me and my brother. He never returned my phine calls and never helped us. Im surprised that they are atill open

  My major complaint is that it seems to take at least 3 business days to bind insurance because they don't accept checks OR ACH payments!!! When they do it takes 3 days to clear the payment and they don't provide the insurance for 3 days. They gave me a good quote, but after paying a 3% credit card fee it increased the price of doing business with them. ACH payments come directly out of a checking account so I'm not sure why this policy is in place. If other insurance companies can make paying for insurance easier and quicker I wish that they could find a way also. I'd recommend if you don't need the insurance for 3 days.

  Hello my name is darrell i walk in looking for new auto insurance and i met the vice president neidra m crosby and i must say she was very professional customer service was awesome. She focus on the task and got me some good insurance. I recommend this company. Ms neidra is a very outgoing. Very beautiful woman.

  Over the past months I requested quite a few quotes for auto insurance from Tetra M. She has helped me alot with this process. She offers great service, very clear about coverage, prices are reasonable, it wasn't busy, nice quiet professional location. I highly recommend this insurance company and Tetra M . !
