  Upon arrival, my room was hot and nasty smelling. I turned the A/C on and it didn't work properly. I had it at the lowest setting of 60 degrees and it made the room just barely comfortable. One light was out in the bathroom which was visible to anyone, and yet it didn't get replaced. Otherwise, good stay.

  Outside fire tables didn't work. Staff said they were unable to connect propane to them. They early check in charge for 30 minutes when the room was just sitting there ready was ridiculous. The room was nice but not worth the price charged for it.

  Staff is excellent. Checking in and out is super easy. It would be nice to have more seating for the breakfast time, possibly using the space in the lobby bar area with pub tables for breakfast time. Also, consideration for a coffee, tea, water (beverage area) in lobby for guests as only time for that beverage option is during breakfast hours. Happy guests equal happy casino players and returning guests. Thank you.

  Drove over 5 hours, rented a car to get here, was told by the casino manager, no charge. When I was surprised with the $100 hold, the staff wouldn't even try to contact the casino. I'm chronically ill and have 3 nights booked, they were just going to leave me STRANDED! Thankfully, I was able to borrow the money! First room, dirty and a hole in the furtio. Second room, DIRTY SHOWER and toilet is so hard to flush, it literally flared up my arthritis. The front staff didn't even tell me what they offer, but they told the other guest, I had to ask! After changing rooms, I was too worn out, that was almost a 6 hour drive, still recovering from one Cancer surgery as well as chronic illnesses. The manager helped me move my stuff. I SHOUKDNR have to wear a mask in my own room but the dirty environment caused my mast cell to flare up. I am up still at 4,am with a headache and had to take an sntiseizure pill over this.I'm not familiar with west Virginia, but this is VIOLATING HEALTH CODES!
