  Have always LOVED getting their ham at Thanksgiving but unfortunately their customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE. I had to send an email to them inquiring about their ham we have gotten for many years only to be met with silence. I had to sue this due to medical issues with my son so I would know if it was safe for him or not. I was met with silence. I reached out on social media to be met with silence again while other comments in the same thread were responded to. Disappointing to say the least. Spend your money elsewhere where they actually care and it isn't just about making a buck.

  I've ordered Inked Pig via Uber several times before but finally made it onsite for Sunday brunch today. It did not disappoint!! Their BBQ is always phenomenal but they served up the best french toast I've ever had this morning!

  I ordered from out of state for a company retreat. They were responsive and provided all the info I needed in the first email exchange. The BBQ was the best we have ever had, and the sides were delicious! Bonus, the meat and sauces are GF.

  First off, the girl that took our order was pretty rude. They were out of pork and wanted to charge us $5 extra per plate to switch out the meat on the sandwiches we wanted. Second, their menu said one of our sandwiches was $16 and they charged us $17 plus a $1.50 to upgrade our side, plus the $5 for the brisket (since they were out of pork). She continued to be rude pretty much the whole interaction and was slightly condescending. The water tasted like it had dirt in it, and the pepsi was $4 and wasnt even carbonated. At the end of all of it, they charged a $2 fee for paying with card AND a $4 fee for taking it to go. OUR FOOD WAS COLD. The worst experience ever. Extremely disappointed.
