- FDfelicia dannielleMay 11, 20221.0My best friends dad always did their taxes and when he needed help he would go to Charles and ask for advice. Charles was always nice and informative. My friends dad just passed away and they went to Charles to prepare her taxes back in December and they were completed January 15th, he even came to the house twice and was really friendly. They paid him 300$ then gave him a 200$ tip. It is now May and the IRS says they haven't received their taxes. My friend and her mom called Charles many times and finally got ahold of someone so she made an appointment to talk with him. She showed up at her appointment and waited 3 hours before he called the secretary and told her he wouldn't make it in. While they were there waiting, there was a nother woman wondering where her taxes were too! This guy is incompetent and makes his client do all the work in figuring out where their taxes are he won't answer your calls or help you at all.
