  I have a new Bad Boy Maverick HD mower that won't mower straight across the yard. I took it in to have it looked at and was told it was because my yard wasn't level. I mowed the same yard with the John Deere that I traded in without any problems. I even mowed across the grass by the old Pizza Hut to show them what it was doing and was to nothing was wrong with it. Now I have a mower that I can't even trade off, I have talked to three different dealers about trading it off and none of them want it. Don't buy from here and don't buy a Bad Boy mower unless you plan on keeping it the rest of your life. Update: They serviced my mower when it was there for warranty work ( which they wasn't supposed to do then tried to charge me for it). I noticed oil by the oil filter but thought maybe it was where some got left on the mower when the filter was changed. I washed it off and my wife mowed again, oil reappeared. I checked the filter and it was loose. They didn't get it tightened up. Good luck with customer service here
