I had the most wonderful experience with my stay thanks to the customer service of Maria at the front desk. She checked us in and even called to check on us after we were settled. She answered all of our questions and had the most sweetest and polite demeanor. Thanks to her I would most definitely return for any future stays.

This is by far the best place to stay over by Arrowhead Mall or Peoria Sports Complex. A room is a room, but service is what brings me back. Thank you to Martha and staff!

Ever since best Western took over the hotel is awesome. I always put it as my first spot whenever Staying in the Glendale area!
