- CCCharliSep 10, 20251.0The apartment complex is basically a free-for-all for high school kids from a nearby school skipping class to party at the pool & in the stairwells of buildings. They are clearly not tenants, however their use/abuse of our amenities is not addressed.

Reid took the time to answer all my questions, made me feel comfortable throughout the tour, and gave thoughtful insight about the community. You can tell he genuinely enjoys helping people find the right fit. The property itself was beautiful and well-maintained, but Reid’s energy and welcoming attitude made the biggest impression. Highly recommend asking for him if you’re considering The Haywood!
