Great local place to eat or meet with friends. Love the food options, everything I've tried was great. Has a great outdoor space when the weather permits. Check out the local map wall.

The Hambone is my favorite place to eat when I visit Ohio. The Blackjack Burger can't be beat! I crave it and can't wait to order it every time. I definitely recommend upgrading to the G.A.R patty, totally worth it.

This is our second time here since they remodeled. The first time my husbands food was good mine was small, overpriced, and did not taste good. I did not eat more than a few bites. So we tried to go again to see if it was just a fluke or not. I regret going back. We had the server Avery who was awful and even took back the paper menu that had our drink on it to “reuse” it. It was wet and dirty, but she still wanted it back. She said she was told to get them back. Then I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza without bacon and a side salad. The salad small amount of iceberg lettuce and not worth the overpriced amount. Then the pizza came out with bacon on it. By the time Avery came back she did not ask how our food was I had to tell her they put bacon on it and I did not order bacon. At NO time did she ever apologize for anything and then seemed surprised when I asked for one without bacon. Twenty minutes later, no pizza yet, no refills on the beer we asked for, and she walked by saw the pizza was still not out. I told her since everyone at my table is done eating and the pizza is not out yet I may not even want it now since we are getting ready to leave. She ignored me and went to another table. Then about 5 min later it came and took her another 5 minutes to come back to the table. I told her I did not want it as the others we were with are already leaving. Then it took her 20 minutes!!! To bring out bill no joke. She pointed out she did not charge me for the pizza and I said you should not have. She NEVER apologized and no manager ever came over to see what was going on. As I was leaving I asked to speak to who is in charge and the older lady with blond/brown hair said “oh your the pizza I took off the bill.” The manager listened, but new she took it off our bill, did noting, and never offered anything to make up for the horrible dinner/experience. We live close by and do NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GO HERE!! I will spread the word for people not to go here. If the manager does not care that’s why the servers don’t . Better to go to CAPPS or in Chardon.

This was a carry out order and it was ready on time. Staff was friendly. Food was fabulous. Much better than my last visit with a waitress that took my order and never showed up again. To be honest, the sleeve tattoos on both arms and the cocking in her nose were unappetising at best. The moccasin bed slippers didn’t help to look much :-) love the food at your place love the atmosphere, but someone needs to talk to some of the White staff about the dress code. Everyone else was wearing hambone shirts and at least I knew who the employees were and didn’t mistake one for a barfly.

Hambone is going downhill. Since the owner bought the Sunset Bar in Fairport Harbor, service has plummeted. Prices have gone up without any added quality. I either have to go up to the bar or catch someone walking by just to get a water refill. Somehow there's always a group of employees standing around, but I can't tell you the last time I was there and didn't feel like an afterthought to whatever conversation they were having. When the food is correct (also a continual problem), it's decent. But if you're getting an entree salad don't expect much more than a small plate of iceberg lettuce with a sprinkling of vegetables. I've tried over and over to give it a chance, expecting it to improve and have the level of food and service it used to have. Finally giving up on it. Hambone is lucky it doesn't have competition and even more fortunate to have loyal customers. Hopefully they pick things up and start returning loyalty to the people that keep it open.
