Great choice for a birthday celebration. Wonderful meal and friendly staff and server. Food was excellent. Felt like the server may have been assigned too many tables to provide timely service / check-ins. To be clear not dinging her. We counted the tables she was handling and it was a lot.

We had such a great experience! The food is always delicious, and the service this time was truly amazing. I wish I remembered our server’s name — he was so kind and attentive. We went with our kids, and it was so nice to see how family-friendly and accommodating the staff were. It’s one of our favorite spots to take the kids downtown, and we’ll definitely be back to dine as a family again soon!

I went here with my wife for our anniversary, and we ordered the wagyu, the chicken, oysters, and poppy cake. Everything was phenomenal, and our dessert was on the house for our special occasion. The fare is somewhat expensive, but you get what you pay for. The steak was tender and flavorful, the oysters were perfectly cooked and the poppy cake was divine.

Really good food, but the bar area was super understaffed, which made the experience pretty slow. Our server/bartender was great, but she was covering too many tables and making drinks at the same time. We had to keep looking for her and ended up not even being able to order another drink, which was frustrating.
The menu was awesome with lots of great options. I got the filet, which was cooked perfectly with great sides. The grits were surprisingly good too — creamy with an egg yolk on top that actually worked really well. They also had a great bourbon selection, which I wish I’d had more time to enjoy.
The place had a fun, lively vibe and great energy. If they were better staffed, this would easily be a 5-star spot.
