  When looking for a place of stay I spent a lot of time reading reviews and so many mentioned how clean it was. I am so particular and being 6 months pregnant, this is always extremely important to me. Cleanliness 12/10 Cleanest hotel shower and room I’ve stayed in. Customer service was amazing. I didn’t get the managers name but he helped roll our luggage upstairs and didn’t even accept our gratuity. He also gave us a great breakfast recommendation (Goldy’s!) Whitney at the bar made me a delicious hot cocoa 😍 Thank you Whitney for being so kind! Our hotel was quiet, beautiful and a 12/10 experience. My onlyyyy suggestion is adding a fan to the restroom :) If we ever need a place to stay in Boise again this will be our stop.

  They left us in the cold weather out side of the airport awaiting for the hotel shuttle for more than 30 minutes, after several attempts to contact the front desk we decided to take an uber. We got to the hotel an hour later than expected, we asked the front desk men if the phone system was down and he replied “I was at the gym trying to play a game for some VIPs that are staying at this hotel” and laughed, he showed no care nor sympathy towards us as he only cared about the vips. This happened on October 27, 2025

  This was our first time staying at the Grove hotel. Loved the location. So easy to walk everywhere downtown. Everyone was so friendly! Gabby did a great job checking us in and out and giving us a nice room away from the elevator. The Saturday brunch was fantastic and we loved our server, Mia. So sweet and helpful with our ordering. It was so nice coming back every night and having a yummy cocktail. We loved Julie, Haley & Haley. Best espresso martinis in town. Can’t wait to come back and visit.

  Staff was friendly and helpful. Especially Sean in the Lobby by the front doors. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was excellent.

  Lovely independent hotel. Room was clean, lovely (but recently remodeled, and the strong smell of New carpeting made me wish that I could open the windows a bit) and spacious. The only issue i have with this hotel is that there are no safes in the room. I can't remember the last time I was in a hotel that didn't offer secure storage for valuables. A very odd omission.
