  I’ve been living at the grove at Clermont for almost three years now, it honestly has been such a pleasant and amazing stay, the community and amenities are great, they’re constantly doing activities, plus promoting local vendors and brining food trucks 3-4 times or more a month. The staff in both the office and maintenance are friendly and amazing people overall its been an outstanding experience.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I want to express my appreciation for the excellent service provided by our maintenance team Victor and Gary . They were prompt in responding to my request, arrived prepared, and quickly diagnosed the issue. Not only did they complete the repair efficiently, but they also took the time to explain what was done and checked to make sure everything was working properly before leaving. Their professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail stood out. It’s reassuring to know that when a problem arises, it will be handled with both skill and respect for my home. I’m very grateful for their reliable service and highly recommend them.

  I want to give a big shoutout to Gary, the maintenance man at The Grove Apartments. He’s been such a huge help since I moved in. Anytime I’ve reached out for assistance, he’s come through quickly and without any hassle. On top of that, the very first day I moved in, he went out of his way to help me carry my couch inside after seeing me struggling with it. That small act of kindness really set the tone and showed me how much he cares about the residents here. Gary truly goes above and beyond, and The Grove is lucky to have him!
