The staff was very helpful in trimming a mat to fit a photograph into a frame. My first visit was to frame a poster of an O. Winston Link photograph, and a French poster of Le Train Fantome. They made great suggestions on how to cut the mat, and offered me many options. The framed pieces look great and are treasured additions to our decor. For whatever your framing or matting needs, you will be happy with the selection and the capable and friendly staff at The Great Frame Up.

The frame and the matting showcase the pieces professionally. Highly recommend Melissa and her team!

We had been to the ‘name brand’ chain store near by looking for a certain color combo (gold over black - Go Buffs!), and they didn’t have it. Melissa (the owner) grabbed some remnants she had lying in the back that were exactly what we were looking for. Her price was more than half of what the chain store had offered for a custom mat, and she knocked them out (cutting and assembly) while I watched. The whole visit lasted about 7 minutes total from when I entered to when I left. For reference, the chain said it would take them about 3 days to complete. Phenomenal service and great help from a small local store. Will definitely be coming back for any similar frame or mat needs in the future. Happy to support a local company with such great service.
