Horrible, horrible customer service from employee. 2nd time I've had this experience here. Initially thought it was a one off BUT no! Employee had an attitude from the minute we walked in. When I explained that I had a gift certificate he wanted to know what kind, stating they don't do gift certificates. Mine came from corporate office as a result of a return. He then proceeded to condensendly say he needed to call corporate because he didn't know how to run the gift card and it required nothing from me. He then proceeded to walk into the back whole texting and then out front, never making a phone call. Not even sure why the attitude. When I inquired if the 4 styles of sneakers that were displayed were the only options, he rudely cut me off and said they didn't have any of those shoes in stock. Asked what style I wanted. Ummm, then what the he'll are you going to sell me if I can't see the options. He again cut me off when I tryed to explain what I wanted and my size. Maybe he was intending to bring out all shoes In my size. Dont know, we left. So freaking RUDE!!

Sloan was very detailed with everything. Me and my husband really enjoyed the way he showed us everything. We ended up getting a pair of shoes which are amazing. We plan to come back and get the support soon. He stands by the product and we believe they will help us especially my husband who has had 2 back surgery. It is amazing what supports can fix in your body.
