Terrible. They aren’t responding to any emails I’ve sent. Be prepared to pay a high price of 3000 for a device that doesn’t work. I wasn’t given options or an explanation on trials or returns or on how any of it works. It hasn’t helped at all and they do not know how to respond personally to any of their customers. This place is a 0/10

I went in after work and although my salesperson was nice - towards the end of my appointment I was presented with a total bill of a little over $2900. I was told I could pay cash or over several months. I was not given any options to pay less, not get as many arches etc. just strong armed and told there is only a 2 percentile of people who these arches do not work for. I was hesitant and very tired. I ended up paying and immediately regretted it. I contacted the Good Feet store at the email contact on their website. Requesting a refund and have not heard back from anyone. $3000 is an outrageous amount to spend on arches (no shoes or anything but arches) - there are numerous complaints online about these not working - so I would dispute the 2 percentile. Bottom line if I want to return the product and get a refund within 24 hours someone should contact me. I have never given a bad review but this is absolutely unacceptable. I feel like this is a hard sell and all that your store cares about is is the money and not doing right by the consumer.

Disappointed with my experience at The Good Feet Store in Sandy, Utah I went to the Good Feet Store in Sandy on Monday, October 13, 2025, hoping to get some relief for my hurting feet. The customer service was friendly and the staff seemed nice, but unfortunately, the product did not work for me at all. After using the inserts, not only do my feet still hurt, but now my lower and upper back hurt as well. I’ve had the worst two nights of pain since wearing them. The lady who helped me told me I had a 60-day trial, but the purchasing process felt rushed and confusing. They had me fill out a store credit application and told me to “sign here and here” without giving me a chance to read the store’s purchase contract. She quickly printed it, folded it, and told me to come back in 60 days — I didn’t even get to understand what I was signing. I was also disappointed to find out that the insoles are mass-produced, not custom-made, yet they cost almost $2,500. For that price, I expected a personalized product or at least something that didn’t cause me more pain. I’ll be going back today, Wednesday, October 16, 2025, to ask for my money back because I honestly don’t think my body can handle 60 days of this “trial.” I would recommend anyone considering this store to be very careful .

I bought strengtheners years ago that fixed a lot of hip issues. I came in here after some recent back issues with lifestyle changes and such and they were happy to reevaluate and exchange to a new fitting pair at no extra charge. The insole system is expensive, but it definitely works for getting proper alignment.

Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store

How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?

Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.

I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?

Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
