Just finished a "checkin" to be sure all insoles were OK. Last year I went to the stiffest they have for work at no additional cost, year before I paid for an additional insole (total four in my collection) so I could travel easier (combo insole). It took a deep breath to pay for, a bit of discipline and a couple visits to the store for encouragement and I don't want to live without them. I've put the insoles under the shoe insole (if thing enough) and used them without padded insole too. Great customer service!
- MJMustafa JamilSep 6, 20251.0I purchased arch supports at Good Feet (Tualatin, OR) on Aug 2, 2025. Before the purchase. The store did not disclose its no refund policy prior to purchase. Only after payment the receipt mentions an “exchange only” policy. I returned the very next day and requested a refund to consult a podiatrist prior to using such products. Acting manager indicated a refund will contact me to process the refund on next business day. Despite multiple calls and visits, the manager and later her supervisor refused, offering only exchanges or refits. It took prolonged, hierarchical back-and-forth just to get them to state in writing that no refunds are allowed. This non-disclosure of terms before sale feels deceptive and unfair. I strongly urge potential customers to demand any refund or exchange policy in writing prior to purchase.

Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce—or even
eliminate—pain. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
